The Montessori School of Greater Hartford offers financial aid.

The school endeavors to meet the demonstrated need of as many families as possible, and aims to create a balanced, vibrant school community.

Financial Aid Process

The financial aid budget is funded by monies earmarked in the operating budget and augmented by monies raised through Development, namely the Children's Fund and the MSGH Annual Gala.

Families who wish to apply for financial aid can apply online. MSGH uses TADS by Community Brands to help process financial aid applications. TADS provides a need-based financial aid analysis service, and furnishes the school with a report, which outlines a family’s financial need, based on the information provided.  All information is kept strictly confidential.

Once complete, the application will be available almost immediately for the Financial Aid Committee’s review. The Committee aims to notify families of their financial aid award, before requiring them to return an enrollment contract.

Financial aid awards are made on a year-to-year basis and families must file a new application each year.

The deadline for receipt of applications for the 2020/21 academic year is February 15, 2020.

The application process is self-guided. You may navigate in and out of the program allowing you to partially complete an application and go back to it at another time. The charge for the application is $39 and is paid by credit card at the end of the session.
