Silvia Goldman, MSGH's Chief Financial and Operations Officer since October 2022, has over 20 years of experience in non-profit financial and operational management, with a focus on healthcare, education, affordable housing, and community impact.
 
Holding three master's degrees, Silvia's academic achievements include an MBA in Finance and advanced degrees in Accounting/Auditing and HR. Passionate about education and individual development, she is inspired by the principles of Montessori education.
 
A devoted parent outside her professional life, she passionately supports her children’s competitive sports activities and enjoys photography.
