David Wienner

Adolescent Teacher

"When the child has mastered equilibrium, he needs to practice it through exercise, so that his sense of balance may be perfected."
-Maria Montessori

David Wienner recently joined MSGH as part of our Adolescent Program faculty. Having attended a Montessori school himself, he is excited to now share this experience with his students.

What David enjoys most about being at MSGH is the strong sense of community: his wife and several friends are also part of the school, and his son attends as well. In the classroom, he loves the challenge of problem-solving—finding creative ways to help students learn and thrive.

Outside of school, David’s interests are as varied as they are active: he enjoys tennis, skiing, biking, and even knitting. He also spends summers tutoring students with dyslexia at a dedicated camp, a role that deepens his passion for personalized education.

As one of the few male teachers at MSGH, David values bringing his unique perspective to the team and is committed to enriching the school community through lasting relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
